1. Who We Are

chat.win is an AI prompt‑challenge platform operated by Turing LLC, a U.S. company. The platform allows users to create and solve AI prompts for on‑chain rewards. chat.win combines AI prompt engineering with blockchain technology and uses smart‑contract wallets and automated evaluation systems to create a transparent, engaging environment.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following types of information:

Account and Wallet Information. When you sign in to chat.win, a smart‑contract wallet is created automatically. We associate your public wallet address with your account and store the balance of USDC deposited to that wallet. You may also choose to provide a display name or other profile details.

Blockchain and Financial Data. chat.win uses the Polygon network for all deposits and withdrawals. We collect and store information about your deposits, withdrawals, message fees, and rewards. Because the Polygon blockchain is public, your wallet address and transaction history may be visible to anyone.

Prompt and Message Content. The core of the platform is user‑generated content. Prompts, messages and solutions are collected and stored. These may be reused or adapted by other participants without permission.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you use the site, such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs and timestamps. We also record logs of when you create, attempt or judge prompts and how you interact with smart contracts.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, identify returning users and gather analytics. You can modify your browser settings to refuse cookies, but doing so may impact functionality.

Communications and Support Data. If you contact us via Discord or email, we collect the information you provide (such as your email address and the content of your communication) in order to respond.

Information from Third‑Party Providers. We may receive limited information from our partners, including AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, etc.), payment processors and analytics providers, in order to operate the service or comply with law.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

Provide the chat.win Platform. This includes creating and maintaining your wallet, recording transactions, hosting your prompts and messages, evaluating attempts and awarding prizes.

Operate and Improve the Service. Usage data helps us understand how the platform is used, troubleshoot issues and develop new features. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data for research and analytics.

Facilitate Payments. We process USDC deposits, pay message fees and distribute rewards via smart contracts. Refunds are automatically issued for messages that fail to generate, but not for legitimate refusals.

Communicate with You. We may send service‑related notices (e.g., transaction receipts, payout notifications, rule updates) via the site, Discord or email. You can opt out of non‑essential messages.

Ensure Safety and Compliance. We monitor prompts and messages to enforce the prompt‑challenge rules, to detect fraud or abuse and to comply with legal requirements. Content that violates our rules may be removed or your account suspended.

Comply with Legal Obligations. We may process and disclose your information where required by law or to protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. How We Share Information

We may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances:

Public Availability. Prompts, messages and solutions you submit are generally public. Other users may reuse, adapt or modify your content without attribution. Your wallet address and on‑chain transactions are public on the Polygon blockchain.

Service Providers and Partners. We share information with vendors that help operate the platform, including AI model providers (to generate responses), analytics providers, cloud hosting providers and payment processors. These partners are contractually obligated to handle your data appropriately.

Legal and Regulatory Disclosures. We may disclose your information if required to comply with a legal obligation, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Turing LLC, our users or the public.

Business Transfers. If Turing LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

Affiliates. We may share information with our affiliates and subsidiaries under common control, provided such use is consistent with this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and Security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted. We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100 % secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials and for using a secure network when transacting on the platform.

6. International Transfers

chat.win is headquartered in the United States and uses service providers around the world. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may not have the same data‑protection laws as your home country. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

7. Children’s Privacy

chat.win is intended for adults. Because participation requires transacting in cryptocurrency and involves potentially sensitive AI content, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct or delete certain data, or object to or restrict certain processing. Many blockchain records cannot be altered or erased. To exercise your rights, please contact us (see Section 10). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, but note that some data (e.g., wallet address) is essential to providing the service.

You may opt out of non‑essential communications through your account settings or by following instructions in the message. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the chat.win site or via email and indicate the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. Contact Us

If you have questions or concerns about this Policy or your information, please contact us at rylan@turing.lol or via our Discord support channel.
